We’re stoked to announce a new partnership with Mountain Hardwear to support Sonya and the Crossing Lines project. Sonya joined Mountain Hardwear at their sales meeting in October to speak about Crossing Lines along side a powerful collection of do-ers, Topher White (Rainforest Connection), Chris & Steve Boyes (Okavango Wilderness Project), Tim Emmett (Mountain Hardwear Athlete), Vivian Bruchez (Mountain Hardwear Athlete), and Garrett Madison (Madison Mountaineering).
In January, Mountain Hardwear announced their Impact Initiative at Outdoor Retailer, emphasizing the urgency with which we need to tackle the environmental and social issues of today and encouraging the rest of the outdoor industry to join them in focusing resources on amplifying the efforts of the people making an impact. We’re looking forward to seeing where this takes Crossing Lines and the impact we can have with the support of the Mountain Hardwear team.
It already led to an awesome experience when Sonya had the opportunity to slackline over Nahko (from Medicine for the People) while he played an acoustic set at Outdoor Retailer.
